New Year day retreat

A full day of gentle movement, relaxation and mindfulness at one of our favourite day retreat settings, beautiful Highwood Hall, just outside Chelmsford. This accessible, replenishing non-residential day will be an invitation to take invaluable time out of ‘to do’ lists and routines to deeply relax and re-set. Complete newcomers to mindfulness and relaxation practices are warmly welcome, as are those with an established practice. PLEASE NOTE: we are unable to transfer or refund bookings.
