During these deeply restorative afternoon retreats we will sink into soft, calming practices such as yoga nidra (guided meditation / relaxation), very gentle lying or seated mindful movement and the body scan. Sessions will be suitable for most people who can get on and off the floor (eg a yoga mat) with reasonable ease. Please note: there will be no traditional active yoga on this afternoon. We will end with the chance to connect over a cup of herbal tea and vegan chocolate treats! Unfortunately we are unable to refund or transfer sessions.
