Mindfulness and Writing in Nature: a Mini Retreat, Little Baddow

Writing and journalling are about paying attention, so what better companion to mindfulness practices? Writing about landscape – in nature, and connecting with nature – can place you in the moment and lead you on surprising, nurturing journeys, whether you’ve been scribing for years or are new to this practice and maybe feel a little tentative. Join us for a friendly, relaxing Mindfulness and Writing half day retreat where we will connect with our environment through somatic and sensory practices and silent walks from the door. We'll explore how nature, landscape and our sense of place can enhance both our writing and our sense of wellbeing. No experience of writing or mindfulness needed or expected!
