Rest & Relax session

These extremely gentle 90-minute sessions are suitable for most people who can get on and off the floor easily. In the main we will be enjoying calming Restorative Yoga - very soft, supported postures using bolsters and props to invite body, nervous system and mind to drop into a slower gear and a place of all-round greater ease. Please note: these form of yoga is very different from an active yoga class. Be fully prepared to slow down! Led by experienced teacher and yoga therapist Sarah Tinker.
