A highly accessible and restoring 50-minute chair yoga & relaxation class. We will practice soft, releasing movements to boost mobility, balance and strength. All movements will be either seated on chairs or - if you able - standing for short periods. We will also take some all-important relaxation to boost overall mind / body wellbeing. We will not be getting down onto the floor so no yoga mats needed! You may with to bring a blanket. Booking is either for the block (organised for each month) or, space allowing, for £10 cash drop in on the day. We are unable to refund or transfer missed sessions. Thanks for your understanding.
